Returns & Exchanges

At The Grounded Sole, we want you to walk with confidence; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
